Plans and limits

Plans apply per workspace: every site, form and teammate in it shares one plan.

What counts toward the Free limit?

Every submission that passes the spam checks. Submissions caught as spam, and requests that are refused (wrong origin, failed captcha, too large), don't count.

When does it reset?

On the 1st of each month (UTC).

What happens when I reach it?

Nothing is lost:

• At 80%, the workspace's owners and admins get an email, and the dashboard shows a warning.
• The submission that uses your last one for the month goes through normally, and owners and admins get an email.
• After that, new submissions are still saved, but hidden. Visitors see the usual thank-you page. Hidden submissions don't appear in the inbox or exports, don't send notifications and don't create contacts. The form's inbox shows how many are hidden.
• When you upgrade to Pro, every hidden submission appears in the inbox as unread, with its contact.

From the 1st of the next month, new submissions show normally again. Ones hidden in earlier months stay hidden until you upgrade.

How do I upgrade?

Click Upgrade to Pro in the sidebar, or open Plans & billing. Pick monthly or yearly, then pay in the secure checkout. Pro turns on as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds.

Only workspace owners and admins can change the plan. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also calculates any sales tax or VAT.

How do I change my card, get invoices or cancel?

Open Plans & billing and click Manage billing. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted:

• Sites and forms keep working, even if you have more than one site. You just can't add new sites.
• Submissions past the Free monthly limit are hidden until you upgrade again.
• Testimonials stay in your inbox. Widgets show the first 10 per site, and approving more is paused until you're under the limit.
• Auto-replies stop being sent.
