Use SiteBackend with Webflow forms

Send Webflow form submissions to SiteBackend by changing the form's action - keep Webflow's design and get SiteBackend's inbox and notifications.

1 minUpdated

You can keep designing forms in Webflow and send the submissions to SiteBackend.

Select the form

In the Webflow Designer, select the Form Block (not the inner fields).

Set the action and method

Open the element settings panel. Under Form settings, set Action to your endpoint and Method to POST:

https://api.sitebackend.com/forms/YOUR_FORM_ID

Name every field

Give each input a clear Name in its settings, such as email and message. That's the key each value is stored under.

Publish and test

Publish the site and submit the form on the live domain. The submission appears in your SiteBackend inbox.

If you use allowed origins, add both your custom domain and your webflow.io staging domain.

Show testimonials too

SiteBackend can also collect testimonials from your customers and show them on your site, with two lines of embed code. See add testimonials to a Webflow site.
