You can keep designing forms in Webflow and send the submissions to SiteBackend.

### Select the form

In the Webflow Designer, select the **Form Block** (not the inner fields).

### Set the action and method

Open the element settings panel. Under **Form settings**, set **Action** to your endpoint and **Method** to `POST`:

```txt
https://api.sitebackend.com/forms/YOUR_FORM_ID
```

### Name every field

Give each input a clear **Name** in its settings, such as `email` and `message`. That's the key each value is stored under.

### Publish and test

Publish the site and submit the form on the live domain. The submission appears in your SiteBackend inbox.

> **Note:** When a form has a custom action, Webflow sends it to that URL instead of storing it. Visitors are redirected to the SiteBackend thank-you page, or to your own [redirect URL](https://sitebackend.com/docs/forms/redirects-and-thank-you).

If you use [allowed origins](https://sitebackend.com/docs/forms/allowed-origins), add both your custom domain and your `webflow.io` staging domain.

## Show testimonials too

SiteBackend can also collect testimonials from your customers and show them on your site, with two lines of embed code. See add testimonials to a Webflow site.
